What is an ashram?
An ashram is a place dedicated to spiritual practice, study and simple, conscious community life. At Yogendra Ashram, students live close to nature and share a daily rhythm of yoga, meditation, pranayama, kirtan, nourishing vegetarian meals, study and time for reflection. It is more than accommodation—it is part of the learning experience.
