Essence of India
More than a tour: a guided immersion into the living roots of Yoga, Ayurveda and Bhakti. Travel in a small group through Delhi, Rishikesh, Vrindavan and Agra, combining daily practice, temples, teachers, the Ganges and genuine time to experience India beyond sightseeing.
Experience India from within the tradition.
India can feel intense, beautiful, chaotic, sacred and deeply transformative at the same time. That is why this journey is guided from beginning to end. You are not simply arriving to see places: you enter them with context, practice and support.
Each stage balances movement with integration. Mornings may include yoga, pranayama and meditation; there are moments for philosophy and Ayurveda, temple and ashram visits, time beside the Ganges, and space to rest, journal, talk and absorb what you are experiencing.
The intention is that you return with more than photographs: a more living understanding of yoga, a deeper relationship with your practice and memories that continue to accompany you long after you return home.

Travel with context, practice and genuine support.
This is designed for people who want more than a sightseeing itinerary. We move through India with enough structure to feel supported and enough space to actually absorb the experience.
Small-group guidance
You are accompanied throughout the journey by Shyam and Chaitanya, with help navigating transport, temples, local customs, timing and the practical realities of India.
Practice woven into the route
Yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra, kirtan and philosophy are integrated naturally so the sacred places have context and the journey remains grounded.
Ayurveda in daily life
We pay attention to food, digestion, rest, rhythm and self-care while traveling, with optional access to traditional consultations and therapies in Rishikesh.
Time to actually experience India
The itinerary includes important sites without filling every hour. There is room for contemplation, conversation, journaling, chai, markets and the unexpected moments that often become the most meaningful.

India through lived experience
These photographs come from our own journeys with students — temples, teachings, community, travel and the unexpected moments that make India unforgettable.

Space for Ayurveda, the Ganges and integration.
In Rishikesh we slow the pace. Part of the learning is noticing how the body responds while traveling: resting well, eating simply, supporting digestion, keeping a rhythm and allowing practice to accompany the journey.
Those who wish may add, at separate cost and according to local availability, an Ayurvedic consultation, Abhyanga, Shirodhara or other traditional treatments. We help you understand the options and coordinate timing without turning the pilgrimage into a medical schedule.
