From understanding to practice

A more attentive way to teach

Therapeutic teaching begins with listening: to the body, to the person, and to what is needed in this moment.

Here, anatomy and sequencing meet quieter practices, breath, bodywork and the devotional roots of yoga. The aim is to leave with a broader set of tools and a clearer sense of how to use them.

  • Adapt postures and sequences for different bodies and levels.
  • Guide Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with greater clarity.
  • Connect functional anatomy to the practice you see in front of you.
  • Develop attentive hands-on skills and practical teaching confidence.
Who this is for

Come with curiosity.
Build from the foundations.

For yoga teachers expanding their skills and dedicated practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of their practice. All levels are welcome; you do not need advanced poses or to be in perfect yoga shape.

Whether travel, work or life has interrupted your routine, we begin with the foundations and build together, with modifications and room to listen to your body.
